Turbo-Densitometric Measuring Principle This system uses an optical method based on a LED light source. A light beam passes through a cuvette containing both reagent and plasma. As the reaction occurs, any change in light intensity is detected and converted into an electrical signal. A stir bar inside the cuvette gently mixes the plasma and reagent, creating a small whirlpool. This whirlpool helps detect even the smallest formation of fibrin clots. The combination of optical detection and stirring ensures high sensitivity and accuracy- making it the core of the turbo-densitometric measuring system
